Spintr has a dedicated support team that assists our customers with answers to questions about the product and integration, and with solution proposals when things don’t quite go as expected. We normally work with second-line support, which means that we support our customers’ designated contacts or the help center that assist end-users.
Our goal is to always resolve support cases within 24 hours.
